Upon your request, we will provide you with a quote based on the volume and complexity of the work and the services required.

However, if you would like to have a rough idea of the costs of our services, you should consider the following factors that help to determine the price for the translation of a specific text:
Length of Text: As a general rule, translations are billed on a per-word basis. Depending on the format of the source document, the required word count may be taken from either the source text or the finished translation. In general terms, the word count given by MS Word could be used as an approximate basis during the initial stages of the negotiation. However, as the word count given by many word processors is not always accurate, in order to determine the final price for a given translation, we will probably use other
software packages that provide more exact word counts even for formats other than MS Word.
Deadline: Time and urgency impact directly on our rates.
Subject Matter: Whether the translation is of a general nature or requires specialized expertise, research, consultation, etc. is
important when working out the price.
Format of text: A surcharge may apply for DTP and formatting services.
